Cat Blocks ("the app") is developed and published by KissyKat Games Studio, a brand of Sirideain Ventures ("we", "us", "our").
Cat Blocks v1.0 does not collect any personal data.
The app stores the following data on your device only, using iOS UserDefaults:

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.
Purchases are processed entirely by Apple StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs all purchase transactions: apple.com/legal/privacy
Cat Blocks uses Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. Game Center is managed by Apple and subject to Apple's privacy policy. We do not access your Game Center profile data beyond what is needed to display leaderboard rankings.
Cat Blocks is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. Because we collect no data, there are no special provisions required for children under 13 (COPPA) or children under 16 (GDPR).
If data practices change in a future version, this policy will be updated and the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the app after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
